Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on robertchapmanpresentations.com. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read carefully and print a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Description of Products

The photos and descriptions of products on this site are to help you decide what to order. However we cannot guarantee total accuracy of the pictures and descriptions.

We have tried to make the ordering process as simple as possible. However if you do need help and would prefer to talk to us, please do not hesitate to call us. We will help and advise you in order that you can make your purchase. All transactions are governed by the Laws of England and subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

If there is any error or omission in pricing on the website or changes in prices are needed due to external amendments, we are entitled to make changes before fulfilling your order. We will contact you about this before completing your order, giving you the chance to cancel the order.

We accept payment from most major credit cards and debit cards. Once your card has been authorised we will be able to process your order.

When the payment is received and we start work on the order, you own the goods, so please be absolutely sure we have the correct spellings and wording for the engraving.

We do not offer credit facilities.


Please help us to keep to your delivery date by advising us of your required date for delivery. We try harder than most to really make a difference with your engraving. This does require attention to detail and we do not want to rush the engraving. We are dedicated to excellence. Please always state, when ordering, the latest date you need to receive your order.

We use Royal Mail for small items and larger orders will be sent by overnight carrier. We use a tracking service to enable us to follow your order from collection to delivery and make every effort to ensure it arrives on time. These services require a signature and we will email or text you the day your order is dispatched. You will need to arrange for someone to be available to sign for the parcel. If for some reason beyond our control your order is late we will not be responsible for any consequential loss incurred.

Returns, Refunds and Losses

We must be notified within 5 days of delivery by phone or email of any shortages or damage to your order. If you are not entirely happy with your order contact us immediately and we will replace it free of charge.


While it is very rare that anyone would wish to complain about the level of service we would like to make it clear how to do so in case you do feel the need.
