How are people rewarded in their workplaces?

Rewards can be Monetary or Non-monetary?
Monetary rewards are very important especially in the current economic climate, mostly sorted out in contracts.

What about Non-monetary rewards?

- gifts
- awards
- certificate
- special event
- trophy
- medals
- personalised items
these can all be used for Employee Recognition

What is Employee Recognition?
It can have many guises
 - staff recognition
 - staff appreciation
 - employee engagement
 - reward scheme
 - incentive scheme
 - internal awards
 - recognition system
 - motivation programme
 - achievement week

What about the frequency of reward?
Daily, weekly, monthly, annually, financial year, target period.
